18 yr male presented with acute abdomen pain and vomiting.
Ultrasound findings:
• Moderate ascites with pneumoperitoneum.
• Organized ascitic fluid with trapped air pockets in pelvis.
• Diffuse mild wall edema of small bowel loops predominantly involving jejunum.
• Features suggestive of Perforation Peritonitis.
