24 yr female. History of MTP done 2 months back. Presented with menorrhagia.

Ultrasound Findings:

• Endometrium is thickened.
• A heterogeneous lesion measuring 2.6 x 1.1 x 1.6 cm in endometrial cavity (anterior wall) with increased internal vascularity.
• Prominent myometrial vessels in anterior myometrium.
• – Feature suggestive of Retained Products Of Conception.
