Colloid cyst of third ventricle

76 yr female presented with giddiness.

CT brain

• A well defined hyperdense lesion measuring 5 x 5 mm noted in roof of third ventricle at the foramen of Monro region – suggestive of colloid cyst.
• No lateral ventricle dilatation.
