55 yr female presented with pain and stiffness of left thumb.
Ultrasound findings:

• Thickening of A1 pully of left thumb with maximum thickness of 1.1 mm – Feature suggestive of trigger finger.
• Longitudinal view at the level of first metacarpophalangeal joint showing the thickened A1 pully (arrow).
• No evidence of synovial thickening or effusion.
