27 yr male complaining of swelling and pain in left submandibular region aggravated while eating
Ultrasound findings:

• Left submandibular salivary gland is enlarged and shows diffuse hypoechogenicity.
• A calculus measuring 8.3 x 7 mm noted within the parenchyma of deep lobe of left submandibular salivary gland.
• Intraglandular ducts are dilated.
•  Left submandibular salivary gland sialolithiasis.
