27 yr male presented with swelling in anterior aspect of the right leg.

Ultrasound findings:

• A defect measuring 3 x 4 mm in the deep fascia of the anterior mid leg with herniation of tibialis anterior muscle fibres through the defect into deep subcutaneous plane.
• On compression partial reduction of hernia noted.
• Features suggestive of Tibialis Anterior Muscle Hernia.
