35 yr female at 23 weeks of gestation – Fetal echo

Ultrasound findings:

• Mild early systolic tricuspid regurgitation with PSV of less than 200 cm/s in the structurally normal heart – suggestive of Trivial Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation.
